Tracklist: [8] Nice selection here, nothing redundant and a great selection of producers

Mixing: [9.5] Outstanding. You honestly have a talent.

Build-up: [7] This is where you mix lacks lust. Semi buildup but it could have been better. With a better buildup this mix would have won the contest.

Originality [8] Great idea to start with Mark Norman - Rush (only song I like by them), everything else is standard so, I enjoyed the mix. Very good.

Overall [8.3] You're nasty at mixing just work on the track buildup mate and you've got this contest by the balls. wink.gif

tracklist: 7,5

good mix of old and new, set has power, though the set is not progressive hehe, and the change is missing

mixing: 5

work with the equlizer was ok but not mindbreaking and sometimes a bit harsh, some smaller echoīs over the bass (like punkd - age of love), also some transition were a bit too fast
i like longer transitions not so cutīs, but matter of taste if its your style then its ok and i dont negate points wink.gif
1st. transition was so nice why not all this way?? could have been a 8 or 9 then!!!

build up: 5,5

good intro, set could keep its power whole time but it didnt put me in heaven, im missing the track which just putīs the set in a completly new direction
like a change in a set (this u need as a real club DJ dunno if u want to be one later?)
could have been a 7 but slowing down the last track is bad in a recorded set but live a good finish in a club

orginality: 6,5

your style is a bit too cut for me in your transitions i just like to have longer transitions where u can hear some synths or vocals still after some sec like at 36, also the echo over your transitions is killing the good score but in a club people wouldnt notice it,
but im sure your style will have itīs fans as well like of each other DJ,

overall: 6,125

good set great one for a club, if u can perform live as well in this style then u should try to find a club, but recording setīs u need to practice a bit more because of transitions + buuild up
ever played in a club yet m8? I got this feeling because of your style wink.gif tongue.gif
very clubby! really enjoyed it and listen again to it wink.gif

Tracklist: 7

Loads of great tunes but all the same style, some mary variety would be welcome

Mixing: 8,5

Nice mixing skills, many fast but good mixes. Nice beatmatching and timing

Build-up: 5

There isn't much of a build-up. 80% of the mix is all the same, only the ends breaks the mix. Try to put more variation in your mix, this mix can't keep my attention.

Originality: 7

Standard but fast mix, nothing special actually. Gave you ome extra point for your opener, it's not very common to play such kind of track at the beginning.

Average: 6,88
blurp
here my feedback for this mix;

tracklist; 7 (no surpise's);
mixing; 9 (I only was shocked bij 3>4, otherwise it was almost perfect);
build up; 7 (i think i prefer your usual style..)
originality; 7 (no suprise's, but typical fast lane music)
overall score; 8 (as i said; typical fast lane music ; it's only 15 minutes driving to work.....great mix !! smile.gif smile.gif
