Bridging the worlds of psy trance and club trance, Astrix is at the top of his game. Cruising in at No. 18 in the 2007 DJmag Top 100 DJs Poll, Astrix’s set after then No.1 Paul van Dyk at last year’s SW4 afterparty at Brixton Academy cemented his place with the world’s best. Roadblock events at Psychedelic Academy and We Love Astrix @ Turnmills showed us he’s only getting better... so we are proud to announce Astrix & Friends 004 at the Coronet on Saturday 4 October.
Every year Astrix & Friends has been our favourite sell-out event. HOMmega’s psy trance golden boy Avi Shmailov’s hand-picked line-ups and sexy up-for-it crowd have grown to become an international phenomena, with massive sell-out events in Australia, South Africa, Brazil, Russia and all over Europe.
We promise the Coronet’s production will be our most mind-bending yet — showcasing the Coronet’s new Encore sound and lights — plus our outdoor chill-out has become renowned as a party in itself. We also launch the Antiworld debut of our new resident Nasti Moto and an electric live performance from underground legend Compressor, who’s launching his first artist album.
