On first glance 8 out of 11 tracks having vocals put me right off 123thumbdown.gif

Exactly my thoughts too - there's a LOT of vocal tracks on there! wacko.gif

Will reserve judgement until i've heard the tracks, but seeing that tracklist doesn't give me the kind of anticipation that I usually get about a new Armin album sad.gif
PegaSus
Haha as much as i love vocal trance,, this is just too much for one album indeed. I guess there are a few tracks on it i like. Not expecting it to be off the hook though.
Warmonger
Maybe after all this techy crap finally something really good from Armin?
dj reyes
still very very curious about Fine Without You (feat. Jennifer Rene)

I was hoping there were gonna be a few alternate style tracks (ambient/electronica etc) on the album but doesnt look like thats gonna be the case. I definately believe that artists should experiment with a few different sounds when producing an album.

No8. 'Rain'

I have a video of this from Godskitchen at Xmas and have been trying to find out what it was ever since. Delighted! cool.gif
thijsje
haven't heard any samples of the album but with the fact there are so many vocalists on the album, i have the idea it's gonna get the same boooooooooooring way of the "Jes - Disconnect [Album]"

I don't need it by then

thoughts?

Face To Face and Rain are quite good, but as a whole the album is just boring and monotonus. Armin turned to some progressive and minimal sounds sleep.gif He's definitelly not as much imaginative as he was.
TranceHeini
heard the special hour ASOT yesterday and i must say i liked it much...
well as far as i remember the track imagine was great but the other tracks are good as well.
well done

ohno-smiley02.gif i loved both albums jes put out...prolly the best "albums" put out by a dance artist

I've always known armin for vocal tracks so I'm glad to see he used a lot of singers, but the songs just aren't that good...immensely disappointed with "In and out of love", i love within temptation and this song is awful

only song i really enjoy is "Unforgivable"...which is a true beauty...i respect jaren...if this is released as a single on vinyl ill definitely buy it
jovialchris
overall its good, but nothing spectacular

i agree with you. the first part is to calm down. more bass is preferable.
agis
second part is much better then the first one. let me guess the fourth part is absolutely fantastic...well i'll figure it out 123groovey.gif

Before hearing the album I have to say the amount of vocal tracks had me worried, I needn't have though as this is a pretty good album on the whole! smile.gif

Rain is probably my pick of the tracks on there, there's certainly plenty of tracks on the album with potential for some decent remixes as well!
PC!
I know only the Going Wrong, which a find very nice, personally. And the Hold On to Me tune a bit, which is OK as well.
As far as I can judge from the samples, I think it's fine album. I like vocal tunes.
Sprigan
its not a bad album except a few tracks but as mentioned before its really nothing that special
Mustang sAlly
Haven't bought the album yet, just listened to the samples on AJ but doubt I'll get the full thing, maybe just a few tracks.

Once he releases most of the album tracks with remixes they'll be better imo
Dodds
I think a lot of people, myself included, were wanting this album to be filled with more club orientated tracks and that is why a lot are saying they are dissappointed with it. However as a listening experience, I have to say I think its brilliant and if most would sit down and listen to it from start to finish, I think opinions would change.
hankthetank96
I'm skeptical about this, I haven't been able to listen to it yet, but what does everyone think about it?
animal40
Hello all, I'm new to this site but have been enjoying readin the forums for a few days now.
Anyway, I quite like this album but t was not as amazing as I first thought it would be, though find it more enjoyable to more I listen to it.
My favourite track on it is 'in and out of love', I love the vocals on that track and I think the new richard durand remix is brilliant.
defusion
still not even given this album a listen yet to be honest, heard most of the tunes on ASOT though and none are amazing. Maybe it is better as a long player.
