hello. i enjoy the update emails on downloads and such greatly... but they do not show up properly (at least to me).
where you should have images there's just the html code.
maybe it's just a matter of missing html and body tags at the start and end of the email or something else in your emailing software.
the email hasn't worked for me in gmail or thunderbird... both of which are capable showing emails containing html.
it's no biggie but it would look better for the whole site if the email would show up as it was intended to.
i also suggest using css to style it since then you wouldn't have to style each and every header and paragraph on it's own.

We test the code before it goes out, so it should all be fine. Next time it happens can you post a screenshot here, so I can see what you see
this is how it has always looked to me. it ignores all html even tho i have in settings to to view "message body as original html" (and obviously other html mails show up properly).
