Has anyone else had a problem downloading music they bought from the UKTA mp3 store?
I bought a couple bundles and I was able to download them. Loved it, very easy.
Then my computer crashed. A reformatting was required and now that things are up and running again, I went to go download the tracks again.
NO download links.
wtf.
Searched around, tried to find some help, I have sent off an email to the support people, but I haven't gotten a response yet.
I tried using both Firefox, and Internet Explorer, both times no download link.
It couldn't possibly be that you could only download songs once could it?
Im just frustrated, I want my tracks!
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this right now?
Or if anyone had some helpfull hints?
I wanna mess around with Ms. pinky dangit!
Thanks!
I was under the impression you can only download the tracks twice. But the support team are normally pretty good. If you don't hear soon let me know, and I will contact them.
Had a look into the help file and this is what I found
"Here you can choose to download your music titles. If you do not wish to download items at this point for whatever reason, you can return to your account and download at a later date.
Your download link will remain live until the track has been fully downloaded, once it has been fully downloaded the link will disappear.By using this site and downloading music legally you are helping to support the record labels and artists behind the music. "
Shoot, ive only downloaded the tracks once.
Kinda lame that they have a 2 download limit
I thought that most download sites had like, and unlimited download once you bought it.
Of course this is my first foray into buying legally downloadable music.
You would think there would be something obvious on the page saying, you already downloaded this stuff, call tech support if you want it again.
Eh, Im sure it will all work out.
Guess its back to vinyl for now!
p.s. anyone know of places to get free music legally?
