Or getting rid of my post count goose egg as we say in the U.S. cool.gif

Post #1! Seems weird since in other forums I've been in for years I have over 20,000 posts...

I needed some new live trance mixes and this place had it so I downloaded a few and saw that it was worth paying for. I'm old enough to remember how hard it was to ever find good trance (I used to do lighting for some of the underground clubs in Los Angeles back in the 80's). Now I've got a nice studio and hope to make some of my own trance tunes (so far I've only collaborated on some Classic Rock songs). I want to take a slightly different angle on my songs by adding elements of guitar to the synth textures so we'll see how that turns out!

I probably won't be posting much since I never even kept up with the actual artists and songs even back when I used to see Frankie Bones and his brother Adam X spinning. Now I just keep trance mixes blasting in the background while I'm doing other stuff (helps me concentrate actually rolleyes.gif ).

Thanks for putting up a great download site and don't hold it against me that I once beat one of your MBE's in dart tournament.

Wow... Almost 9.6gig later I need some sleep! (It's 6:30am here and STILL too much left to check out!)

Looks like I'm going to be having a LOT of new music pounding through the house for the next few weeks! 123yahoo.gif

Thanks again! thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

Well, if you hear about someone found on the floor of his home suffering from Trance overdose, that will probably be me. In a little over 24 hours (with time off for sleep), I somehow managed to download an incredible 178 sets which equates to 11.2 days of music and over 21 gigs... Good thing my newest iPod is one of the 160 gig kind! rolleyes.gif

Many thanks to those who (somehow) have access to these great sets (primarily KI, sy_bukem, Nick, evelyniquez, Dmin, Aaron D!, ImpactPlayaz and -bubmeister-). thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

I went all the way back 20+ pages and now I'm scared to even LOOK in the Classic folder (some other month!). blink.gif

I started to be relieved when I ran into the dead links for each provider because I knew otherwise I would feel compelled to get those too!

In between downloading I went and found my REAL floor speakers, amp and speaker wire so that I can get this place shaking!

Thanks again!

Those "We miss you!" emails are a nice touch. I have left for good, it's just that it takes a while to listen to the 80 gig of Trance that I downloaded originally! (I've STILL got some I haven't even heard yet - it's been a fun few months! ;-)
