Reckon he will be fine while he is starting regually but when Drogma returns and he finds himself on the bench or part of the squad rotation system he wont be to happy!

An unusual signing I would say. He will almost certainly struggle to get a regular starting berth. However, from Anelka's point of view, I can see why he would jump at the chance of such a big money move at this stage in his career.

I find it bizarre that of all the players out there he's now the one who's had the most transfer money spent on him, £87million or something for his 8 clubs. I think he's good but not that good - plus you can't help but think he's a bit of a mercenary...
