Full Version: Poll: Moving Mixes From Dj Area

Ok, the idea is simple....

we have a dj area and a mixes area.
imo this is a little bit double to allow posting your own mixes in the dj area because you also can post them up in the mixes area where they can get more attention.

On this way we can keep the dj area for production, gear discussion and ppl who are in need to learn new technics smile.gif

Those are the two areas i probably spend least amount of time in but it does make sense and they will defo get more attention in the mixes area so voted yes!

I have to agree with Nick , so I also vote for yes

I always feel mixes posted in the dj area will get responses on technical mixing and track selection. Where as mixes in the download sections just get a thanks for uploading kind of reply. Not really bothered though, whatever works for everyone biggrin.gif

Makes sense to me (but then I've only been here for like ... umm 1 day lol) ... but it all depends on what the people that use those sections most think ...
Dodds
Voted to move them. I always think of the DJ area as being more for equipment / software discussion etc and that kind of thing.
Skint
I agree to move them too.

Happy to go with the user decision.

I think dj mixes done by yourself should be posted in the DJ mixes area rather than the DJ area which is where I posted my mixes when I registered because I didn't know were to put them really.
