Hi! for some reason I cannot DL the file. The link just opens a new window but nothing happens, it just stays blank! Help! Any suggestions?

Download servers have been swamped with demand. I am trying to resolve the problem. But it is mainly down to users using download managers that make 10's to hundreds of connections at one time to the server.

I am resetting the server daily to resolve the problem, and talking with the server provider.
