when I attempt to download a liveset from the server it often takes a long while for the server to start the download or even allow me to download. Often the file even does not start however I'm sure of it the files are on the server as it happens to my own files too

Unfortunately we have had people using download managers, and someone has even tried to flood the server, 1400 hits with no file downloads at all, not even a html file. So thats what is causing the sever errors. We are getting 1500 hits from one IP at times, the sever just can't handle it. Will be putting bigger shares on the beatboy hosting account in future.
Will check now though.
