Ferry Corsten @ Peninsula

Place: Targu Mures - Complexul Week-End ( @ Kiss Arena )
( Peninsula was from 25 to 29.07.2007 )
It's 27.07.2007 ( very hot outside ) , around 5:30 PM and i`m on a minibus to Peninsula
.. at about 6 PM I arrived at Targu Mures and because I didn’t know exactly where the location was , I`ve joined a grup of rockers till the location .I’ve bought a ticket and then I went to the tent site where I met with BoTi , Szabi ( BoTi`s brother ) and Lori ( BoTi`s friend ). We chat a little and at 8:40 PM went to Kiss Arena ( and let the party begin
)Mosaic DJ's (HU) was playing some house , electro music ( not really my taste
) we stayed outside for 30 min or so , drank the first beer and met with Krisztina ( BoTi`s friend ). At about 9 PM we entered and started dancing

9:30 PM DJ Sterbinszky (HU) appeared. He started with some cool electro. A lot of IDs and at the middle of his set he playd some remix of Faithless – Insomnia – we all went mad … everyone was shouting “ I can’t get no sleep …”

.. then we started shouting “Sterbinszky , Sterbinszky , Sterbinszky ..” you could see how happy this made him ^ ^. The last tracks were full of energy so a lot of

( I forgot to say that during the Sterbinszky`s set me and BoTi invented a new dance – The Boob Dance
- the idea came from a girl , who was dancing like she was grabbing her boobs 
) After Sterbinszky we went do drink - all that jumping and dancing made us thirsty . Back inside , it was 11:30 PM and Vali Barbulescu (RO) was mixing – boring set
so we went outside for some fresh air. At 1:15 AM we returned and Vali Barbulescu was playing the last tracks 
At 01:28 AM the moment we’ve been waiting for: FERRY CORSTENNNNN !!!!!
everyone started shouting “ Ferry Ferry …” and clapping . He opened with some new ( at least for me ) tunes, not so full of energy but then till the end OMFG … it was insane !!!

)The set was ultramegasupergreat
. There wasn’t a single moment to relax , great tracks came one after another . In the last 10 min of Ferry set , me and BoTi were so exhausted and deshidratated from all that nonstop jumping and dancing + heat that we could hardly continue – but we wanted more Ferry finished and we rush outside to the backstage hoping for a pic or / and an autograph. Didn`t happen , Ferry only raise the hand and then went in a hurry

)After that , time to drink some water or something and fill the batteries .
At 03:30 AM DJ Andi started – again boring set
, so we went to the tent site. Sat there about 30 min recovering ( talking about the night … if Marco V is in the first 10 DJ in the world or not – BoTi you owe me a beer !!! … and other music related stuff ) then me and one of my exclassmate ( that i`ve meet after Ferry ) went to eat something.4:50 AM DJ Andi was still playing a boring set so I decided to get to the minibus station and go home

Line-up / Marks:
19:00 - 21:30 MOSAIC DJ's (HU) – 3/10 – made some mistakes while mixing
21:30 - 23:30 DJ STERBINSZKY (HU) 9,5 / 10 – great set
23:30 - 01:30 VALI BARBULESCU(RO) – 4/10 - boring set – not my style of music maybe
01:30 - 03:30 FERRY CORSTEN(NL) 10/10
03:30 - 05:30 DJ ANDI(RO) 4/10 – again boring set – al least the part i`ve listen to
05:30 - 07:00 IGOR DO'URDEN(HU) - wasn`t there
Sound System: 10, great sound ! didn`t have problems with the ears after the show or the next day
Audience: 10 great crowd !!
Lights: - 6 seen much much better
Overall: 9.5 - one of the best parties ever !
