First time i went to Global Gathering and wow !!!!

Was amazing we got there arround 3pm had a walk arround the tents met up with more people had lots of drink got abit drunk. Went to the crasher tent for a while then off to the Radio1 Stage to see abit of James Zabiela & Nic Fanciulli playing some amazing minimal and then watched the Red Arrow Air Show and David Guetta.
We then went to back to the Godskitchen Tent see Eddie Halliwell at 20:00 went toilet and came across the Trophy Twins playing an amazing set then back to the Godskitchen tent for Judge Jules Saturday Night Warm Up On Radio1 then was time to move to the front for Markus Schulz's set.
After that i went to see last 30 mins of Basement Jaxx live on the Radio1 stage then back to Godskitchen tent for some Armin & Paul Van Dyk.
Baught a £15 inflatable couch was the best £15 i spent and headed off to the Bedrock tent to see the last part of Steve Lawler & then Eric Prydz then it was back to the Godskitchen tent with the couch to relax and listen to Above & Beyond and last but not least Sander Van Doorn.
We got back to where we was staying in Redditch and had the after party that kinda lasted another 24hrs !!!!
With lots of drink (For Me) n drugs (Not For Me) i myself got a couple of hours sleep then woke up at dinner time for lunch then we went off to the pub for more drink.
Later we came back to the house and set up the cdjs for a b2b 5hr set with another dj was great more alcohol & illegals going arround and good music was just the way to top the weekend off !!!!

It was meant to be serious!!

loved Global although i ended up a complete and utter mess and forgot the best part of 3 hours half way through the night, this shows through a couple of dodgy photos which my mate took with my face all over the place.

Had a wicked time tho, really digged the outdoor stage where James Zabiela & Nic Fanciulli rocked it, the mud made it that little bit special as well (woke up with it all over me the next day, back, legs, face and everything).

I will make it overseas for a GKGG one of these days hopefully!

I went global this year for the 2nd time but got a little over excited and started the hard partying a week before hand and by the time I got to Global my body totally gave up on me and had to spent most of it sleeping off in my tent. On the other hand was the best sleep I can honestly say I've ever had, apart from the time I passed out drunk in my bath tub. Lesson learnt as was a lot of money just to go for a good sleep what a messy muppet. so next year i will be awake and my normal crazy self can't wait! I'm excited already!

Hello mate, I,m new on here and i saw your post about gg07. I've just brought my ticket for this years and i'ts the first time i've ever been. I'm going on my own though because i live right in the sticks and have nobody to go with. I'm looking to be able to meet up with people when i get there. Are you going to be this year?

So jealous!! I can't wait to move to europe to catch all these events!!
