Sounds like its mayber another one of those bootlegs which he loves so much. The tune at the start is Bulgarian - 'Travel' so Im sure it wont be too difficult to find. 
edit: Just listened again to Jules' show on the radio1 website. Dont think its a bootleg but its definatly Bulgarian - 'Travel'. Maybe some new remix?
