Thang Le (DJ Tsyle), music career started in Junior High School when he first joined band. Although band did not make him the most popular student in the school, it did introduce him to music and taught him the basics. He stayed in band throughout Junior High and High School where his music skills increase every year.

In the third year of High School, Tsyle was introduced to electronic dance music. Tsyle soon found himself drawn into this music and soon found himself only listening to electronic dance music. By the beginning of college, Tsyle started to mix his own music using his computer. Soon, Tsyle was able to afford his first set of Technics 1200. As Tsyle DJ skill grew, he began to buy more up to date DJ Technology. He couldn’t afford the Pioneer CDJ-1000 so he settled for two Denon DN-S1000.

Currently, Tsyle is mixing away on his turntable set and can be seen mixing at house parties around Southern California. He is also beginning his career as a Trance Music Producer.

Stay tune for more information about DJ Tsyle.

i think his main concentration is progressive hard trance but he also does vocal trance

by the looks of things he is just a bedroom DJ who is just starting out, not really got the time to listen to any of his mixes tho so couldn't comment on whether he is any good or not...

If your new to the trance scene check out some live mixes or radio shows from some of the more established DJ's in the scene (there are plenty available in the download sections of this site). This will help you distinguish between the different styles of trance and you may even find some new DJ's that you like.

I reccomend these DJ's to start with:

Markus Schulz
Menno De Jong
Jon O' Bir
John O' Callaghan
Above & Beyond
Sander Van Doorn

i have the disagree with you. i personally think tiesto is at his best atm (in terms of deejaying)..
i haven't seen him live nor i listen to his livesets, but based on his last isos cd, which was filled with awesome progressive tracks..

i have the disagree with you. i personally think tiesto is at his best atm (in terms of deejaying)..

Last thing I want to do is start a Tiesto debate, but from what I've highlighted above in your post says to me that u can in no way say that he is at his best if you never seen him live or even listen to his sets online.

I saw him only a few weeks ago and to say he was disappointing was an understatement sad.gif

I agree, ISOS5 is an awesome CD but completely different to his livesets just now.

All I'm saying is I don't think u can say how good he is if u haven't experienced him in a live environment - same goes for any DJ imo

U cant rate a dj based on a CD, u have to base it on the sets they deliver. Its how they react to the crowd, how they build their set up wink.gif Other than is ISOS CD wot else has he done?
Dodds
banned2.gif Im gonna have to nip this one in the bud.

Lets not go down this road again. wink.gif

well i'm a big tiesto basher myself, so i don't think the debate will be that good smile.gif
tiesto sets few years back were so bad imo, that boring tiesto techtrance with traffic on every set smile.gif
so after listening to isos i was really impressed. i really thought he had changed his style, sounds weird that his best promotional tool, mix cd is something else than what he actually plays live laugh.gif

if i just listen to sets at home and never see i dj live, the only thing that matters to me is the track selection smile.gif
i've never said anything that tiesto is one of my favourites or anything like that, i just said he's a lot better than few years back. but if he still plays the same s**t, forget what i said biggrin.gif
Sprigan
its about tsyle not tiesto so stay on topic tongue.gif

like other members I smell a rat. Lol. Maybe i should sign up to other dance orientated forums as member14776 and start asking people if they have heard of uktrancealliance.com biggrin.gif

And as for the tiesto bashing. My two pennies worth is that tiesto does a lot of good for the dance music scene, as he can still pack out clubs. Most people who are trance nuts, like most on the forum know that technically he isnt the best DJ out there, neither is his track selection at times.

However, play a tiesto set to most people who think dance is dj sammy , and they can enjoy the music he spins. They don't care one of his mixes wasn't flawless.

He is a more commercial DJ thats why he wins the DJ top 100 stuff normally, as people know his name. Playing at the Olympics shows how big he is.

I personally think he sets are more easy to listen to, and you don't have to be a hardcore fan to enjoy them. More easy listening.
