We had one in the past, not real UKTA-stream but it was linked to etn.fm and another station.
Have a look into how much it costs to buy a shoutcast server. Then work out how we would raise the extra money on top of the £900 we have to raise each year at the moment. I would love to stream. But i would also need to then buy a broadcasting license. That would be another £1500 a year. So it wont happen.
I thought that Shoutcast was free when using WinAmp

it is free, but we would have to run a relay via our server. Otherwise it would have to be low bitrate broadcasts.

casting itself is free.... but as far i know not legal
Do you need a broadcasting liscense to broadcast over the internet? I dont know how this works exactly always thought that internet only was not needed.

Nope as you are broadcasting music produced by someone which is copyright.
