By submitting your production to this forum, you accept that UK Trance Alliance Digital will be able to sell your production on your behalf. And that you will receive £0.40 for every production sold on the trackitdown.net network.

Royalty:

We shall charge Our customers £1.75 for a single WAV download and £1.49 for a 320kbps MP3 download. We will pay to You £0.40 per single unit sold. Albums will be charged at £7.49 earning You a royalty of £2.80. We shall be responsible for the payment of any sales tax, MCPS, marketing, advertising credit card transaction charges, and hosting and delivery costs. You will be responsible for payment of any fee royalty or other payment in respect of our exploitation of the recordings provided by You.

Warranties:

You warrant that You are the copyright owners in any recordings provided by You and that the recordings You provide do not infringe the rights of any third parties, are not obscene and do not defame any individual and that any 3rd party samples have the relevant clearance from all Copyright owners. You further warrant that You hereby grant us all necessary permissions and consents required by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act of 1988 to allow us to exploit the recordings in
the manner set out herein. You shall indemnify us against any loss (including any legal fees) We may incur as a result of a breach of this warranty.
