But here's my question: the vocals in this track are the same as in Signum - Cura Me. So, which track was released earlier? And maybe the vocals are taken from some other track? And who is the vocalist and what language is it (it sounds like a hindi for me )?

Cura Me definitely originates from the Latin.
Pole Folder & CP should be shot for using that sample after Signum created a masterpiece with it.

Signum - Cura Me was from the first half of 2002.
Discogs says the promo for Dust is also from 2002, but from the 2nd half of 2002 when looking at the comment.
However, John Digweed released a compilation in April with Pole Folder - Dust on it. I'm not sure if the vocals were in that track at that point (no CP in title), but that would mean that Cura Me and Dust were basically produced at the same time.

I don't mind which came first, they are both quality.

Very different styles, but quality all the same.
