I think that you must PM Pulse about this
And Sprigan already told you some things

Think this is more than enough problem threads with regards Pulse's FTP.

If you have a problem, make sure your not in passive mode, remember it could just be full, cause it normally is.

If you still have problems PM someone to ask.
