Hi Silverlance,
positivism is indeed great... but emotions in music are important too.
In that point of view I think you have to fix a lo of things on your tune to make it ready for the CD.
- tune begins with a nice piano, and immediately interrupted by an iritating loud clap... removing that clap will be the best solution in the entire tune... other claps are ok
- bass comes a little fast in it... better use a fade in here
- there's a nice arp + lead in the build... but the strings sound a little fake on there. Better remove them
- the transition at 1.00 sounds weird... you leave a nice bass and switch it for a eurodance offbeat bass... the kick under it sounds very "fruity".... better use another one

- the vocal which starts at 1.00 has waay too much gain... try to decrease the volume and add a
little bit delay on it to make it feeling creamy
- dunno why there comes a "break" at 1.28... better remove it and make some variations in your lead melody. Same goes for the "break" at 2.36
- leads at 3.33 sound very 80's.... dunno if that fits well ?
- i also dunno why it's necessary to start and stop and start and stop the hihat loop over there a few times (arround 3.30)
overall: tune is ok... maybe a bit pop/euro trance. that's imo not wrong, as long it sounds good (which it does not really yet). I also don't get the bitter sweet feel of it yet. I also don't feel it as "calm" or whatever.... tbh, i even don't get a real "feeling" in it
I hope you can fix some things in it... would be great

keep it up
