I don't know much about it except when I went to Cancun this summer they had a big banner advertising a Paul Van Dyk show at The City. I got excited when the date listed was going to be one that we were going to be there. Then I realized that it was for the following month. poster_oops.gif

Corsten, Junkie XL, Dave seaman, Pete Tong, and lots of other great Djīs had a latin america tour this year, I think thatīs great not only for the clubbers in the countries they tour, but for the dj also, they get to know other djs from different cultures.

Have fun man actually you're very lucky! i'm near but not too much...

I think it would be a great event...

Here house music sounds more than trance but electro, it also sounds a lot.

Anyhow have fun bro!!!

Lol!!

Sandy - Ive heard from many djs that the crowd at Pacha Buenos Aires sit on the dancefloor during breakdown's and rise as one as the tune come back in. Is this true and is this a typical crowd reaction when listening to edm in Argentina?

^ WOW ! you know that ? blink.gif .. yeah that's true, not only at Pacha/Clubland .. people do that at every big electronic party like Moonpark, SAMC, Creamfields, etc. .. the crowd don't sit down on the dancefloor actually, they just crouch down during the break to jump when the tune comes back (everybody at the same time) .. and well, it's not with every track played, it would happen if a big DJ plays Synaesthesia for example smile.gif

That's ok! Corsten will be here in october, but at that point u're right... knowing diferent cultures is something very important, for the clubbers and I think also for the Dj's.
Why did they come here if maybe there are more people and a bigger scene?
It's a question to think about but actually they love to go out and let other hear they music. Find another horizons and let the people Know your art is a very important thing.
Do u think it?
louky
Latin America has a Big scene ,its not so well known in Europe thats why we are not aware of that.We have only heard of Herman Cataneo but there are so many talanted DJ's and musicians there.Having friends in Argentina and Brazil (which has a huge scene) thay tell me allot of things are going on !
