Seeing as how most of the winners the last time around were admins/mods, I figured this time around we could make an awards which actually cater the members, and not the admin/mods. So, admins and mods are not included in this edition of the member awards.

So, as much as I want to see Michcio defend his Funniest Member award, I'm afraid he can't, and now Stevo/Peggie both have a chance

However, the categories of Best Poll, Best Topic (Music) and Best Topic (Non-Music) are open to admins and mods, as these topics concern the discussion of this forum, so they are exceptions.

P/s : Admins & Mods still can make nominations as they wish, just as long as they're not nominating for a fellow admin or mod.
