Hell yes!

I'm kind of hoping Creamfields is going to be mine this year as I'll be turning 30 at midnight, hopefully in the main tent rocking to Armin at the time.

Working in a club ive soo many good nights pass by Album releases and promotion nights from Above & Beyond and Matt Darey.
Seen soooo many other trance nights too with some of the top trance djs arround such as Pulser , Thrillseekers , Agnelli & Nelson , Tiesto , Scott Bond , Matt Hardwick just to name a few !
Also seen some UK Exclusives in the club such as Misja Helsloot & Kyau vs Albert.

So many i cant really pick one out !!!!

But one i do remember was Markus Schulz , Armin & M.I.K.E at Godskitchen first time i seen Markus too and it was great !

Hi all,

After nearly 6 month absence from UKTA due to rehabilitation from a car accident, one of South Africa's most addicted Trance music lovers is back. I look at the parties people are having throughout the world and the DJ's that play in their area and I definitely think that we're seriously deprived of top quality DJ's in South Africa.

Here's a trus story for all of you. Whilst I was in Hospital recovering, one off the only things that kept me going whilst I was in that bed was Trance music, and more importantly, Mike Foyle VS Signal Runners - Love Themes Dusk. I got my girlfirend to load all the AVB ASOT sets that I d'loaded from UKTA onto my iPOD and that kept me busy and sane during the last few months.

Oh by the way, I'm 25, Male from South Africa. Fav DJ's are PvD, AvB, Nu NRG (Haven't seen or heard a set from these Italiano's in a long time" and Tiesto.

I did manage to download the Sensation White set with AvB, very nice.

I do miss the ASOT sets though.

To Turbo and the rest of the seniors, thanks for providing us with the best Trance music available on the net.

I'm back.

Priyesh Soni, South Africa

It's bin a while ago but the performance of Tiësto at the Dam Square at Amsterdam for the Tsunami benefit was one of the greatest...

while the trance scene here in america does kinda suck these days, even the party scene in general seems to have gone downhill, i will say that kids in the mid-west know how to get it done....they might not have paties with all of the top dj's but the locals there bump it! especially in iowa?!?! of all places but I'd have to say that my fav. event of the summer was Freakfest in Illinois Dj Micro, George Acosta playing a sunrise set...and a few other well known american dj's probably not known to most of you but well known here...it was the best venue ever a natural rock cave ampitheater in the middle in the middle of the woods, and to top it off it was a three day camping extravaganza....the music didn't stop from noon friday till noon sunday, with around 3000 people (large for the mid-west)....absolutely amazing!!!! I also went to my first psy-trance party called Geologic this summer that was also a three day at the same place as freakfest and it just so happened to be my birthday weekend, wOOt! Although there were only around 700 people there it was great because everyone seemed to know everyone and it was very intimate, lots of new-age hippies, firedancing, glow toys and lights and blinkies everywhere!!! I can't wait till I get the chance to come to a big event from ID&T or the like sometime.....but where are you all at on the three day camp-out raving madness??? I know that GG was a two day this year (wow!) how did that turn out?...did people actually hang out and camp, or was it just a bunch of club kids who showed up at night left for their hotels and came back the next day?.....part of the fun is gettin' all rava-phunk-a-fied! Thats the one thing i'm glad we have here, nothing better than getting together with a few hundred of your closest friends for a three-day rave-out!.....sure spending one awesome night in a club is great but why not keep the party going all weekend????......here's a few pics from geologic and freakfest

IPB Image group shot of me and some of my pals

IPB Image shot of the crowd @geologic...what's better than a rave in a cave?

IPB Image krazy kandi-kids @ freakfest!

i'm sad the summer is almost over no more three days left :-( but i did manage to make it to a record 6 of 'em during the course of this summer....what a blast!

Must have been great.

Best ever for me - Gatecrasher Summer Ball at Lotherton Hall, Leeds in 1999. Oakie, Sasha, Tong, Morillo, Digweed, etal. Superb.

Paul Van Dyk, Gabriel & Dresden Live @ Cream, Amnesia in Ibiza.

Unbelievable!! thumbsupsmileyanim.gif
Sprigan
wasnt there sad.gif but imo nature one 2005 was a great event with a top line up
TimHollander
Gabriël & Dresden and Marco V rocked at Innercity at the end of 2004, Tiesto did aswell the two nights in october, + the ISOS release party. Marco V was also awesome at Trance Energy and Armin was at the Ocean Diva in March. Also had a great time at a party with Sven Väth, and all the episode´s of Heroes Of Techno at P60, incl. Ben Sims, Michel De Heij to name a few....

so.... I can´t really choose laugh.gif
