Japanese IQ Test

Apparently this is an IQ test given to job applicants in Japan: "Everyone has to cross the river"
The following rules apply:
1. Only 2 persons on a raft at one time.
2. The Father cannot stay with any of the daughters without their Mother's presence.
3. The Mother cannot stay with any of the sons without their Father's presence.
4. The thief (striped shirt) cannot stay with any family member if the policeman is not there.
5. Only the Father, Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft.
To move the people click on them. To move the raft click on the pole on the opposite side of the river.
If you can't figure this out, then don't try to get a job in Japan.
1-3 mins: Genius
3-6 mins: Super Nerd
6-10 mins: Nerd
10-15 mins: Above Average
15-25 mins: Average
25+: Loser
Can't Finish: Nimrod

if you wanna cross the boat on the other side just let the cop and the thief on it travel on the way.... and boat is on other side with no problems... ( no one beats the crap out the other

read the game rules and you'll understand
only policeman and parents can ride the raft... that means example = one kid + policeman can cross, one kid + parent also, 2 parents also, etc....
did it, but no idea how long it took. but under 5 minutes i think....
Im gonna try this tommorow.
I think it took me 2 and a half minutes.
I didn't get it... Maybe I am too slow.. Maybe I don't want to concentrate enough when I am listening to music and browsing
