Anybody else has this problem? 24 hour a day i have to hear the crap about the music is too loud.
and now my brother reaches the point to say ... "Put on your headphones,, cause we are watching Live aid downstairs " ,, i have my speakers on 2/10.. that's not loud at all

Never have probs with my parents about the volume.... mostly the volume is enough to not hear it downstairs so

Maybe it's your sub which makes your parents go crazy

The neigbours don't like the bass on my soundsystem... so I don't use it at night, just during the day.

If I throw my basspeakers open in my room at first I'll get deaf and second all neighbours from 2 blocks further will feel there houses...

So I don't use too big speakers at my room

I've never had any problems. We are all fairly tolerant concerining music here.
When I look at some ppls sound systems I wonder why their houses don't fall apart when they turn the volume up.

whn i was living in the dominican republic i had really big speakers with a nice sub

but i just used them like in the afternoon when nobody was home so no one complained
right now i just use my headphones must of the time cuz the speakers on my laptop are craop

i am not able to use it as loud as i wish however i use it loud enough to be able to dj and just enjoy it so its all good could be better though but neighbors might not like it

yup same thing... music in my car is very loud but only when i drive alone

when i'm home alone i can turn on the speakers very loud coz we live in a single house with very good isolation so the neighbours who live 30m further don't hear a thing

but the parents .... yeah ..... haha ... Bass are the problem... so i just turn of subwoofer then

i do have that problem with my parents so when theyre @ home aim with my headphones and without when theyre @ work or whatever (i love to turn up the volume, greets to my neighbourhood )

You can always decrease the volume of the bass or your subwoofer, they mostly complain about the bass/beat. If that doesn't work; headphones

don't have the problem, always listen with hphones

I just consider other people, I dont listen to music at high volume at home

only in the car/van or thru headphones.

Well, at work I have to use headphones, since I don't have my own office and I work in the most open room. At home I don't have that much time to listen to trance, so not really an issue there. Sometimes when we are cleaning, I tune in di.fm, but after a bit, my wife gets on my case and I load up some old 80s pop for her. However, no one carpools with me, so the trance is blaring there. My wife can always tell when I turn onto our block cuz she can hear it all the from there.

you should make her listen to it at home as well my g/f starting to like it now

It depends where I am. If I'm living at my student house then it's headphones all the time, because it's a terraced house and I wouldn't want to disturb my housemates.

But if I'm at home I'm surrounded by fields so I have the bass pumping.

no problem with the parents really..

but since I don't wanna disturb our damn neighbors, I can't listen to music as loud as I wish..

I hope they will move to other places and no one will be inhabiting upstairs and downstairs so that I will be able to listen to music at a high volume as I did in the past before those damn neighbors came..

sometimes i have little problems...
they usually don't complain when they're in the room beside here....

but when my dad works at home, i may not play music with kicks in it because he hangs in the telephone almost all day long.

amd when my little sister tries to sleep (she does one floor higher) then i have to turn everything off

...gonna buy some new headphones soon coz i can work further on my productions on those moments

I have to wear my headphones cuz of neighbours next door. But dont bother me wearing headphones.
