Well thanks to Armin who played the track on ASOT 203 we now know the answer to one of the biggest mysteries of recent Global DJ Broadcasts. Up until then Markus had only told us that it was from a German producer, and he had signed it to Coldharbour Recordings.

So, we finally have a name to the ID!! It's Funabashi, and the track is called Daylight. A lot of people have drawn comparisons between this track and U2's New Year's Day, but regardless, I think it is an outstanding track that deserves to do well this summer.

And if anyone who has more information on our new found friend Funabashi please pass it on. Whoever it is has certainly done wonders with this track and with the new remix of First Time, played by Markus on GDJB live from GodsKitchen.

i havent had a thorough listen to Daylight..
but the First Time Remix is oookay.. nothing spectacular.. the original is better..

.. hahaa yeah Daylight reminds you that U2's track .. but is indeed a nice track, i like it .. and about Funabashi's remix of First Time .. well i think it's just great .. i like the remix really much more than the original one .. ..
