Well i just checked my unsigned music folder on my pc.. and it's over 833 MB!!
filled with 138 tracks
I'm happy to review them for the producers,,!! and just wanted to make a poll about it. really curious about the results

I think it's a way of improving your music by having a technical listen to tunes

Do you really think so Bricky ? .. i mean, you know i'm not a producer, just a listener .. so i can't say anything about production and technical issues .. i could just say if i like the track or not .. i'm not sure if it would be helpful in any way .. in fact i asked about this matter time ago and i didn't get a reply so i just thought it'd be better not to leave that kind of "useless" comments .. and that's why i've listened to many unsigned productions but never left a comment there ..

that says at least a little how the ppl think about it... you know ? positive replies stimulate the producers to put more effort in their works giving them much more chances etc. etc

i listen to some from time to time..
im not a producer myself yet so i dont think i can give the producer a constructive comment on their track..
i have a very broad mind when it comes to a track which i like or dislike..

Well I think so anyway sandy.

I personally think that comments from non-producers are more valuable than comments from producers. Music isn't written for producers, it's written for listeners; and if regular listeners don't like it, there isn't much point in producing it (even if the producers think it's amazing).

I should also add that you should try to keep your comments constructive if you can. I always try to find something positive to say about a track (even if it's very bad) ... but even if you can't find something positive to say ... identify the most negative thing about the track, so at least the producer will know what you hated Producers are almost always improving ... try to help them on that road!

try listening to all of them, especially because now i also have ambitions to start creating things. i think there are some very nice things between them there

but my oppinion is also: producers can learn producing by reviewing,, I bet I couldn't produce as good i can now without listening and reviewing other unsigned tracks..

that's because you learn step by step to listen technically and also learn to do not make the mistakes another producer did


a second point: also non producers, please give a reaction... because the feedback is why people produce music

Nice !! .. i'll try to keep my comments as constructive as i could express them without using those tech terms you producers use like kicks, hihats, plucks .. lol perhaps some day i'll know what you are talking about .. and i hope you have the patience to not say STFU sandy ! .. i like listening to unsigned tracks, i recpect producers and appreciate their works.. that's something i'd have liked to do but that's not really my area, so of course i'll be honest .. and i'll try to be nice too ..
