Nice start of the track. Nice tempo!.. I like that soaring sound .. percussion is good! at 1.10 that synth has a little bit too high EQ.. But a nice melody..after that there comes a familiar melody in.. (in the break) .. a little bit easy found i think.. For the rest it's ok.. only think you've used the release trick a little bit too much.. wink.gif

A good tune!! Some very nice elements...

Keep on working mate!

Hey there, you're welcome!

Well, The track is good, but I'd suggest more work in the hig ends of both melodies (The Intro melody and what seems to be the main melody starting at the minute 2:25 or so).
That is my only fault production wise.

As if is Anthem style or not, I could say it is for a moment from the minute 4:16 to
the minute 4:26.
I wish that part of the song was a bit extended, but that is how you want to transmit the message, and I respect that.

The main melody lacks of reverb, not saying is a bad thing, but it would be better with some reverb on it, that and the high end fixed, would make it out for ME (You like the track the way it is? I respect that).

Sometimes we wish our favourite tracks were somehow different, but our labor as listeners is to listen and enjoy, and not try to change what was meant to be.
Keep that in mind.

thanks 4 replays smile.gif

I'll keep everything you said in my maind... if i'll have a time i'll try to change a bit track... I knew that there're something wrong and maybe exactly if i change that track will be better.

and one more thing what i wanted to say... if you'll have a time to listen my othere tracks... letm me know if there're better tracks for "Anthem", cause it's really difficult to say "which one is best" from inside smile.gif

1 more time THANKS
Bricky
Lots of good things:
o Intro is massive.
o Percs are excellent, except ... see below..
o Lead is excellent
o The track is generally bursting with energy

I hate to be repeating what the others said, but I think I must torch.gif

o Please, please, please eq down the 6-9kHz range. It physically hurts my ears blink.gif
o I think it might be a bit over-compressed (which is making the problem above worse)
o Consider adding some reverb as pdm says ... or something else to soften it?

In short, I think this could be an amazing track if you made some very small changes biggrin.gif

Putting the "Release" of the instrument .. so you hear a longggg note instead of a short note. Sorry can't really explain it good..

Guys!!!

Changes are done as good as good i could do that in few hours this night smile.gif
As my understanding left somethere i can't say is this version better than it was before... I'll leave this to you wink.gif

So, I'm waiting replays from you wink.gif

Updated version
btw 1st post's link is maped to new version as well.

p.s. my opinion is that track could be a little bit louder, but it's final disc mastering which will be done by disc producers (if my track is good enough to be on that disc wink.gif )

PegaSus, yeap we exatly played with synths release and sustain levels smile.gif and there inside track it's full release, if we'd had more release believe me, we'd turned it to full smile.gif

As for us, main thing is experiment biggrin.gif

Guys please add your coments on new version??? It's very important for me to know them!!! smile.gif
RavekiD
anybody had listen new version of this track or no? unsure.gif

if somebody did, then please post replay on it biggrin.gif would be nice to hear exactly replays from guys who listened old version biggrin.gif

Sorry RavekiD, I didn't see that you'd updated it until now smile.gif

I've lost the original version I had, so I'm not exactly sure what's been changed, but I'm sure one big thing has: You've trimmed down the 6-9kHz range (thank you!).

This track is a real clubber, very beaty (maybe a bit too irregular on the beats sometimes?) and rich. I especially like melody you introduce in the beginning, moreso than the C-Eb-G that makes up the main melody (it's a little to repeditive).

All round a good track. Well done.

kick is nice and pounding, same for the bass. great stuff for in clubs.
sounds a bit techy, good drumwork.
overall it's a very nice track to listen to but.. as said above it's a little repetive(or something tongue.gif)
