When I got home from my trip to thailand (that was the most wonderful month of my entire life) I decided to make a mix out of some of the tracks that makes me think back and bring me those good memories. This resulted in a variety of different genres, so its quite an experimental mix.

Ive been having some problems with converting my mix to mp3 for some reason and therefore the delay.. I got pretty pissed off after a while and finally I decided to use this mix I made as a test (yes Im too lazy to record it again ) So the set looks a bit different than the first tracklist I posted & im not really satisfied with some of the mixing, but I wasn't in this contest to win in the first place. Be sure to check it out anyway, its still a decent set with lots of gems

Phantasm predicted earlier on msn, that I wouldnt like the three first tunes in this mix. He couldnt be more right.. Besides those three, its a sweeeet mix indeed thanks

My favourite tune in this mix is without a doubt Factoria - Twisting Free (Shine Through). Love it!

and Astrix - Poison was new to me... grrrr it's wicked! Thanks for including it

Your mix begins with four very emotional and melodic tracks, I think you have ordered these very well and build up with good flow. I think you hit an off point with Sorrow, I would possibly have used a different track there, or used Holding On in its place which I think was pitched up a bit too fast. It does build up quite well to a psy ending, Poison is a belter of a track. Not too sure about Moments though, thats a really weak vocalist they've got there! Mixing wise, you have quite a lot of trouble with your beat matching. The crossovers and timing is fine, but you need to work on pitch bending your tracks into sync as most of your mixing was quite a bit out and causing some double beats. This did seem to get better towards the end though, maybe your more comfortable mixing the faster tracks. Moments into Poison was spot on though.
