We will be adding torrent links to all of our downloads from now onwards. So please donate your upload bandwidth to help us reduce our very large bandwidth levels.
All you have to do is download the file via our direct download link, and then after download the torrent file and open it with
BitTorrentThen others can download the file off you. This should eventually mean we can sahre more sets, as you will be able to download archived sets via our torrent links.
So most people never use their upload bandwidth, so donate it to us, and help us become the biggest trance dj mix website online.

Hi Fly,
I think it will be more effective if you write on this in more detail. Cause some ppl like me are new to torrent and have problems. For example the torrent filename extension was .zip and I had to change it to .torrent but it was not written anywhere. Or when I put that in the same folder the bittorrent program tries to download it again instead of seeding that.
Overall I think a complete guide is needed in this matter.
Thanks,
Bardia

Come on Guys Please seed the torrents after you download don't just leech, the amount of people seeding has fallen drastically lately
Give something back to UKTA that has given so much to its members.
Cheers

I'm sharing 3 of the GDJB at 20K (is all I can use of my bandwidth), but it seems no one is sharing those sets. I guess you shoud share the uploads only by torrent, isn't fair that leechers download the sets and not share it back with torrent.

Unfortunately once we have seeded them initially it is up to our users to continue to seed them.

Hello, Name is Sonny and I DJ in NY. I run servers and have 300mb "at once" Unlimited monthly download server"s" Total of 4 that we run for a business site. They use almost no bandwidth and pay for it. Ill be happy to post your mixes and make them available for download off of trancestudio.net/yourmix.mp3 we also have streaming capabilities@128kbs I can allow 200 users at once. Payback? nothing at all unless you got the hook up with liquid.fm and can get me a 1 or 2 hour set window

just a thought - Sonny
btw this idea will blow bittorrent right out the window due to the fact you dont have to rely on home connections.. ill promise you t1 speeds or better on the downloads. 400kbs on avg. 1mb a sec if the user can handle it.. 4mb a sec for high end servers nd connections "not residential" most I have seen was 7mb a sec from a user off of business.ibmsolutions.com. Our client offers software packages that are mostly small in size and some that are big in size. One package is 103gig's and a user from ibm downloaded it in an hour or little less

Dont zip the torrents as ppl dont wanna have too much on the oul HDD so if its ziped they wont seed it theyll unzip it and keep the music and delete the zip file torrent (if ya know what i mean) so i would keep all torrents as MP3's or whatever but deffently not zips and i'll seed. you could also set up a torrent seed ratio site that means that you have to seed!

The torrent site has been shut down now, it took way to much effort to keep it online, and drained our system resources with all the bots.
