Since the first time i heard about project called aerodrome i was interested in the work that has been released under this name and now finally we have been blessed with release from trance revolution recordings that is available now and came out december 20, 2004 so here it is: Aerodrome E.P.

Aerodrome is Tim Cornellisen who was born in amsterdam in 1987. He is only 18!!!
I am sure we will a lot more about this guy and his fantastic work. This is his first official release but i am sure there are many more to come

SIDE A: Tribute To The Past: the first song on vinyl is tribute to the past. Right from the start you realize that this is a great trancer. From the first second beautifull melody is obvious and great synth work. As the song continues more of the synth work is present and i must say its really great. At around 1:55 it finally gets into great floating melody and the break is upcoming at 2:45. During the break there is nicely done sounds that prepare you for build up. Build up is great absolutely amazing really gets you ready for final part that kicks in at 5:30. superb track in my opinion must be heard!

SIDE AA: Actually i heard this one before the vinyl came out and this was the tune that show me what aerodrome is all about. It flows in the same concept as tribute to the past with a lot similarity in synths and use of effects. Beautifull melody awesome break at 3:50 this song is really catchy. Another nice trancer and the best part break is relatively short so you are back in the game around 4:25. Not quite as good as side a but still a must have!

Devote is so-so in my eyes, but Tribute To The Past is truly tribute to the past. Oldschool style uplifting from maybe 1998-1999 hehe. But he definitely need to work on sound quality, and if it's his own style then it's quite strange to be honest!

Tribute to the Past is a wonderful tune. I've been searching for it ever since I heard it in a James Cosgrove set back in March 2004. I just love it and more djs have been playing it recently.
