AHEAD, the club already tipped to be the hottest thing in clubland for 2005 is set to ignite Birmingham with the most deliciously eclectic blend of DJs to ever to hit the Midlands.

From Friday 28th January, the opulent surroundings of Club HQ in heart of the UK will be home to this two room feisty Friday fest. Delivering twisted elegance every week through to a genre defying fusion of Electro, Jackin’, Progressive, Funky Techno, Breaks and Dirty, Twisted House. For a crowd that is elegant yet cheeky, beautiful yet naughty, funky yet fun - this will become their Friday home.

On the launch night of this multi-million pound designer venue will be the deliciously unorthodox sound of James Holden – a true visionary within the industry.

Electrifying futuristic house and silicon soul will be provided by the amazing duo FC Kahuna and the Dutch progressive and house producer Matthew Dekay, whose tracks are played by all the great and the good - from Sasha, to Deep Dish from John Digweed to Jon Carter, from Lucien Foort to Danny Howells, everyone wants to play this man’s tunes.

These three guests will be supported by the UK’s strongest resident line-up, representing the cream of the new breed DJs. Birmingham favourite Myke Smith whose technical ability has been tipped by DJ superstars such as Fergie and Carl Cox will be on hand to serve up some scrumptious funky techno.

In the Upstairs Room you’ll find Mixmag future hero and rising superstar Ben Lost joining forces with Norwegian leading light Nils Noa to bring you some twisted breaks and dirty synthetic sounds. And if this doesn’t temp you then maybe DJ legend and Ahead Promoter Scott Bond showcasing his totally new sound will get you dancing the night away.

All the Ahead Residents will be showcasing their sounds on the launch night and then taking it in turns on a bi-weekly basis alongside the very best in an eclectic mix of weekly guests ranging from Scratch Perverts, Jon Carter, Steve Angelo, the Plump DJs and many more.

If you want to be part of the future of clubbing you’ve got to get AHEAD. Come and join us in the making of history on Friday 28th January, 2005
