Yip the start of this track is pretty nice.. but i always like to add those close hihats later... but that's my own thing i guess.. laugh.gif
A smooth bassline comes in.. maybe you could lower the volume of the arpeggio..which is very nice.. But it comes in too quick i think..although that's not a really big problem .. I love that sweet chord strings melody..well after the break there isn't something really banging,, Hoped for some fat synthline,,and it turns into the same as the buildup after a minute and a half.. hmm really think you should try to make it a real trancer...
neverless it's a nice tune!!!! didn't have the original so dunno how that is..
Would like to hear that one too!!

good work on this mate..
7.8/10..

5:15-ish sounds a little weird to me

and before i forget, to pegasus....

i haven't made a real climax in it because the original had a BPM from only 135 and had more a loungy style. I made the remix with respect to the original wink.gif

Hi thijsje,

Sounding really nice man, to be quite honest i am well out of touch with a few of corstens stuff, but this sounded really nice! really enjoyed it..... what this tune shouts out at me for are the lower parts to be deeper (this is only personal preference though) a bass arrangement keeping the 80,100hz and around 260hz ish warm is a really nice effect.....? just think that with a track thats got loadsa lovely movement up top you'll probably find bass sequence will work with something like the string arangement or something that compliments the little existing 200-250hz ish bassline (Low Freq arp Lead), filtered down (24/18dbperoctave) so you only hear the lower frequencies , you could probably fit it in withoutgetting in the way of the higher EQ'd existing bassline arrangement. recon it would definately give the melody riffs the justice they deserve, and help a few things gel together more, sorry if advice is a bit crap........ really liking the high freq part of the arrangement, sound nicely eq'd and all, wicked rmx all round biggrin.gif

hope it helps,

johnny

will try to edit that in a few days/weeks biggrin.gif
