Just like all other shows on ID&T ASOT is cancelled too. To attract more listeners they are going to switch to mainstream dance (=top 40 in a different mix, but so that you can't notice it). They are already playing britney spears, anastacia, maroon5, christina aquilera, ja-rule

Armin just said that doesn't know anything about cancelling ASOT, I really hope he is right

Sorry, didn't mean to. But when they said right before the news that it would be the last show I was really pissed. I always enjoyed listening to ID&T, but they're making changes at the moment to become a second Radio538. You hear the same tune over and over again and the worst thing is that is top40 music and not really dance. I just counted in their playlist that they played Christine Aquilera - Carwash 8 times in 20 hours.

and btw.. dont think anything's gonna happen to ASOT, coz Armin mentioned last week (i think) in the chatroom that there's gonna be a special episode for ASOT 200 (20 weeks from today)..

that would mean that there is still a significant future to ASOT wouldn't it ?

unless the special episode for ASOT is a 'special farewell ASOT'
